What can you do today to move up a level? Challenge yourself a little more today in your goals. This is the beginning of a new week and a new month. Jot down what you’d like to accomplish this month, this week, and this day. Don’t overload your to do lists though. It is best to focus on 3 goals at a time. I like to have a goal for each of my 3 roles in life, but just figure out a system that works for you. Don’t label yourself as lazy or a procrastinator. If you find you aren’t getting done what you want, look at the problem in a different way. What is holding you back from accomplishing what you want? As Dr. Phil likes to say, “How is that working out for you?” If something isn’t working, tackle it differently, but just ACT. Action puts your dreams and goals into reality. What does the world look like at your new level?
