I love making up acronyms. What is an acronym? It is the first letter in a group of words that make up their own word. It’s a fun way to remember something. We traditionally have learned that it is important to eat three square meals a day. A square meal is one that is nutritionally balanced with the right amount of proteins, carbs, and fats in order to be our best each day. T.I.M.E. is my acronym for Three Intellectual Meals Everyday. I believe that just as healthy food nourishes our bodies, brain food nourishes our minds. Tune into FM (Feeding your Mind) everyday. Nourish your mind by trying to incorporate at least 3 lessons into your daily routine. Watch a YouTube video on how to build skills in your favorite hobby, read an article, research a place you’ve pointed out on a globe, create your own lesson, or do all of the above! The more we flood our minds with positive, mind building tools, the better we feel. Make the best of your T.I.M.E. this Tuesday. Happy feeding your mind.
